In 1976, Apple Inc. was co-founded by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak located in Cupertino, California. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak were two young men in college. These two young men were outcasts in most of places that’s reason they dropped out of college. Apple started from a garage, instead of an expensive location. That was the reason a lot of people were intrigued by this brand. Two young men who knew what they wanted to pass out to the rest of the world created Apple Computers. In the 1990’s is when Apple produced the best personal computers that could be found in the market, that includes Apple brand, Macintosh and Power Mac computers. Apple downfall was in the 1990’s when competitors starting rising. Apple started a new plan to keep the company running. In 2001, was a great year for Apple because they introduced the Apple iPod, which many other companies tried to make the same product but no one was able to make the same product as original as Apple product. Apple continued to stay on the top of the game and improving their technology during the years. The new products were coming out such as iMac; these products help the company to be notice by consumers. Apple is a brand known all over the world. The innovative technology is one of a kind on the Market. The advancements that Apple product has giving out to the consumers. Apple product Strategy for several years was to create an innovative products and services with a “digital Hub” strategy, where Apple Macintosh computer products functions as the digital hub for digital devices, that includes iPods, Cellular phones and other electronic devices. Customer experience is the number one factor of this company. Apple is one of the most valuable technology companies in the world, by this they have never actually mentions was their target market for its computers. Apple priced brand has been target to people who are well off. Based what I have read and research many youngers apple user have developed themselves with the new technology. Most of Apple products line is more expensive than Microsoft computers. Apple strategy is targeting the customers who are less sensitive to the price because of economy situations. Apple didn’t just want to make any other computers like the other the competitors they wanted something better than that. Also, a major target market for Apple are developers, photographers and creative professionals who use its Mac Pro Desktop or MacBook Pro notebooks designed with graphical performance. The software’s that Apple produces are unique. What is Schumpeter Model? Is a model that explains economic growth that moves around the invention and innovations. This model is explaining the following: Process of production: it shows the combination of the productive forces which result of the production of goods. Dynamic Analysis of the economy: Introducing the new changes in technology. Researching how is the product going to be put into the market. This product can change the organization structure. Trends of growth: it’s a product that is producing a product during the recession that can be a successful product. Many entrepreneurs will invent new products of production that can be introduces in the market and earn heavy profits. The abundance of the product in the market can also fall into a depression because of the economy that when they start a new product that can help the company creates a new boom product. Demise of capitalism: The evolution of capitalism entrepreneurs and their techniques of production will be old. Technology is changing every year with new advancement.
