Very few people in Western cultures enforce or even endorse arranged marriages. The thought of having your life partner picked out by your parents can be repulsive to many young adults because you’re the one who has to live with the person you marry for your whole life not anyone else. It is a process that is born of free will, choice and many believe, should be the sole privilege and right of the individual seeking a partner. But for Eastern societies, arranged marriages are not only encouraged, they are required, it is known as the duty of the parents to get their children married to the person of their choice and not the person who their child likes.
I am totally against arrange marriages because when you choose a life partner for yourself, you know what they are like you know what they want and if later on in life your marriage doesn’t end up good you wont blame anyone else you would blame yourself when your parents choose a life partner for you they don’t exactly know who they are and if you would like them or not, parents shouldn’t be the ones choosing the life partner because you’re the one who has to spend the whole time with them, I know our parents have brought us up from start they have fed us make us go school I know we have a lot of responsibilities towards our parents but when it actually comes to a very important part of the life which is marriage the decision should be our own because we would be old enough by then to know our right and wrong.
I am not saying you should run away from our house to marry someone we love no we shouldn’t do that its wrong, we should always tell our parents who we like because they are more experienced then us we should always take advice from them, as at the of the end of the day they are more experienced then us and they know a lot more about marriages and people then we do because they have been through all that we should always take advice from them and never stop taking to them just...
